- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (50 g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 6 oz (170 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
